I and my partner cook together and we were finding that it was awkward to keep passing the recipe back and forward so having this stand to prop the recipe up so we can both look at it at the same time has been great.It has an adjustable width with clamps so the paper stays secure the whole time it's attached. The base and arm are made from aluminium so it is pretty sturdy.
