That being said, this cover is very thin and is not sinching well around my board. It comes out the package completly flat and must be threaded through the plastic drawstring piece. No matter how tight I pull, I cant get it to tighten on the sides, just the ends. I have a very old, solid wooden board,but I suspect it would slide all over the place on a metal board. It would also allow any holes in the board to imprint through. There also isnt any noticeable silicone coating. I purchased the Kennedy Home Collection Silicone coated pad as well.I am going to keep both and use the Kennedy as padding under this cover.
