**Q: How much sand could someone fit in these?**
A: They are roughly 24x32 so you could fit an 80 pound bag of sand inside and have room left over. I would use the wet weather barracks bags instead of this for sand as they are waterproof also and these ones are cotton so shrinkage might happen.

**Q: Is this product machine washable?**
A: Yes it is machine washable. I wash it on cold with my dark colors and the bag comes out clean and looking good.

Great gift. My husband had his original laundry bag for over 30 years. I had re-strung it and it had worn holes in it. I got him this as a gift. Size and fabric and design are great. He was surprised I noticed and thought of this for him.
