Basically their reply was, if you don't like it, send it back to purchaser for a refund. Not only will I do that, but will also find a different shampoo. Considering the premium price, the very low quality is not acceptable. Review: Same High Price for Worse Formulation - I've been using this for many years. It's pricy, but it didn't take a lot to get my hair clean, but it's main selling point for me is that it doesn't cause my scalp to itch. It's non-scented which is a big plus due to my asthma and sensitivity to certain smells. However, the recent change has meant that I need to use a much larger amount than I previously needed and it doesn't get my hair squeaky clean anymore. It feels like it has conditioner in it. Unfortunately, while it still is great for my skin, the price has now become ridiculous compared to the value. This certainly feels like shrinkflation and an attempt to increase the frequency of purchases. Not in my case, however. I'll be looking for a new shampoo. I just opened this new bottle and had to recheck the label to make sure it wasn't hair conditioner. There are other recent critical comments that I'm in total agreement with.
