It can carry the weight of a basket of groceries, but again, I would not trust carrying a toddler on the rack, just not safe. And there are toddler carriers that are made specifically for bikes that are built with safety in mind. I hope this helps. **Q: Is this rack approved for a carbon fiber bike** A: Seat tubes diameter should be within 23mm, fit most of bikes like the 26"-29" mountain bike but not fit for rear suspension bike, flat tire bike, soft-tailed bike, carbon fiber bike, folding bike. **Q: Does this work with a cruiser bike?** A: Should fit almost any bike. **Q: Will it crimp my brake/gear changer(cant think of the name) cables?** A: I had no problem on one side but on the other the other I had a problem with my shifter cable. My solution was to slide the flat part under the cable the force the clamp up my bike until I couldn't anymore. ## Frequently Bought Together - ROCKBROS Rear Bike Rack Bicycle Cargo Rack Full Quick Release Adjustable Bicycle Carrier Bike Luggage Rack for Back of Bike Aluminum Alloy 115 lbs Capacity Bike Accessories Black - ROCKBROS Bike Rack Bag Bicycle Bag Trunk Rear Rack Bag Bike Panniers Bike Accessories Basket Storage Luggage Saddle Shoulder Bag 13L for E bike, Bicycle With Rain Cover - ROCKBROS Bike/Bicycle Phone Front Frame Bag, Waterproof, Tube Bag,Cycling Pouch, Bike Accessories for Men Compatible Phone Under 6.5” --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/415354980-rockbros-rear-bike-rack-115-lbs-capacity](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/415354980-rockbros-rear-bike-rack-115-lbs-capacity) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
