Had to send it back and get a 10 instead. I wanted them to have a little bit of give on the inside, and also felt I would need the room if I wanted to wear socks. I've been wearing them for 6 months now and am very pleased. **Q: Do they run small??** A: yes they do run a bit small **Q: Are these the real?** A: The pictures appears to be the real product. To ensure authenticity check the tag on the inside of the product. **Q: Are they authentic Uggs?** A: They must just run small. They were way to small. I have other uggs size 10 and they fit fine. I had to send them back. I really don't now it they were authentic. The box said uggs and the slippers were really nice they also said uggs. Hope this helps.
