If, like me, you spend the majority of your time in bed because the human you're growing wants you to have morning (noon, night...) sickness just for a laugh then this is the pillow for you. Or maybe you just want to be comfier in general - still the pillow for you. It's perfectly shaped to support you around all sides and is soft enough to not dig in or to give you neck ache. I use it to prop up in bed and cry over One Born Every Minute and then when bed time comes around I use it as a normal pillow, one arm underneath one side of the pillow which leaves the tip of the V under my head and it's super comfortable. I have seen some reviews mention the quality but those people must have wanted a more luxurious feel or a sturdier pillow whereas this is your normal quality pillow but in a V shape. In my opinion it's perfect for comfort but if you need something more orthopaedic maybe look elsewhere?
