It comes with leveling legs BUT you can replace them with stem castors with 3/8-16 spindles that will screw into the legs where the leveling screws would go. The unit is compact and easily moved but wheels would make this super easy especially with heavy objects on the shelves. Shelf liners are not included but would be nice even if there was an extra cost. The unit is exactly as described.
