## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the lid has any plastic material?**
A: To prevent the lid from slipping into the kettle, 100% BPA-free rubber ring material is used on the outer edge to hold the lid tightly in place.

**Q: Does this pot brew coffee? Or, just heat water for a French press or the like?**
A: This electric kettle can customize the water temperature used to brew coffee. We do not recommend that you boil coffee directly in this kettle.

**Q: Can this electric kettle be used to heat milk or coconut milk to make hot cocoa?**
A: Hello, our kettle can make milk by brewing milk powder, but it is not recommended to pour milk into the kettle for heating, because then the milk will become thick and stick to the bottom of the kettle which will cause difficult to clean it.

**Q: Does this come with a warranty?**
A: If you have any questions, please contact us through the order, we will give you a satisfactory answer within 24 hours.
