Recommended intake: 2 capsules/day. That's a 3 months supply for £33.99 at the time of review. Good buy I must say. Blend of Safflower and Flax Seed Oil is a great source of essential omega oils. They are cold pressed oils so keeping all healthy benefits. I suffer from stomach ulcers and flax seed oil is helping a lot with it. But in a liquid form it needs to be kept in low temperature and used quite quick or it will go off. With capsule there is no problem and best before date is quite long 11/2023. Addition of safflower is just a bonus for me. Capsules are huge and difficult ot swallow. Still, as long as I can feel better I will continue to take them.
