Somewhat more expensive, but worth the price. I have used several Rice Select products, including couscous, whole wheat orzo and Royal rice blend. All are superior to other brands in taste and ease of preparation. Square plastic containers make storage very convenient. I prefer to lightly toast the rice in a teaspoon of oil for a richer flavor. Low free starch makes rinsing unnecessary, and grains come out separate and fluffy. The product is grown and packaged in the USA, which I prefer.
