Unfortunately, we wouldn't know where the items are made before purchasing. We manufacture our items in Haiti, Costa Rica, China, Myanmar, Honduras etc. **Q: Where is the size's chart?** A: Hello, I have been wearing these Jockey Elance for over 25 years. My waist size varies between Mens 28"- 30" all my life, Thus I always choose the small size. Hope this helps as I don't know where the size chart is either. These are good underwear, last for many years. **Q: Size 32** A: Equivalates to roughly a medium in Men's sixes, the large being a 36, but all are elastic at the waist to accommodate variances. Though my waist is a 38, I find the x-large quite loose, and on me they fall down, so I wear the large quite comfortably **Q: Was there any chemical smell or odor when they arrived? Also, are they treated with any anti-bacterial or other unwanted anti's?** A: No chemical smell. Don't know about "antibacterial" treatment, but I doubt it. They are washed regularly, as they should.
