But, honestly, it's going to be a really finicky thing to try and say it's definitely doing this or that for you, the only thing you can 100% count on is it'll help you be regular and have consistent and easy poos. That's the main thing. And, in that role, by the way, it's matched by other things rich in soluble fiber, like oatmeal.I take it because I do a ton of meal replacement during the day, and as such I don't get a lot of fiber until dinner. With these, that's not a problem anymore. It's only got the one ingredient, and that ingredient is the same as any other brand of psyllium. The only differences could be whether its in caps or bulk, the size of the caps (these are 500mg), the number of caps in each bottle, and what the capsule is made of. I have been using this Now Food psyllium for years and I love it, and it's much much cheaper than Metamucil. Try it, you'll be satisfied. **Q: Is this the same as Skinny Fiber?** A: I'm also taking a multi vitamin with garcinia cambogia in it, between the two it may as well be skinny fiber.
