This is a very interesting book, different from other books I have read.  The author, Dr. Plante is a Psychologist.  I am a Psychotherapist.  I picked this book because I like self help books.  I love reading about Psychology and religion.Dr. Plante's book, "Do The Right Thing" was not "religious" but is a wonderful combination of Psychology and Ethics whichtouches on "integrity"being a responsible person in life, and having "respect."  I found this book unique and inspiring.  I really, really like this book.
