Review: instructions were not so good and it didn't help a - instructions were not so good and it didn't help a, bit the screws were not marked to go were.
Review: Good for storage, not good as a display item. - It's all pine except for the bottoms of the drawers and the back of the unit which are fiberboard. Be prepared to construct all the drawers, it takes well over an hour to assemble the whole unit. The fit and finish are OK and the drawer slides are PLASTIC, not metal. This does NOT affect the performance of the unit however since the gaps on the sides of the drawers can be large (tolerance is loose) then you can see the ugly white/translucent plastic peeking through. Fortunately I use it in a studio to hold small tools so don't care too much. The finish is not quite as nice as the picture, it has a more orange/yellow cheap stain but it's close. Overall it's a decent unit but it is not a display piece by any means.

I am a fan of Adeptus. It produces solid pine furniture at particle board prices. The description of this item, however, is false and misleading. The drawer glides are not metal, they are plastic. The handles are metal, not the drawer glides. Even so, I am satisfied with this purchase. The cabinet looks good and will serve us well, I'm sure. It did take several hours to put it together, though, it does have 12 drawers!
