It also allows you to stir in the pot very well with it nice gently curved sides which allow you to get a silicone spatula or wisk in the corners without needing to stop or slow down the stirring motion. The handle is very well balanced making the pot feel light while being a nice weight so it doesn’t warp easily while heating it up. The lid is also a nice fit so steam won’t escape for when you need to cover it. I definitely will be getting the 2 or 5 quart when I save up for it.
