To begin with, it comes with two different length screws and the shorter ones wouldn’t work at all. The base plate for the motor is only 1/8” thick and that’s exactly how short they come up. Not a huge deal as I had the right length in the garage. Got it mounted up and felt super stout. Hit the water the next morning and before we even got to a fishing spot and hitting some wakes and turbulence on the water, all of the rubbers tore completely and about launched my brand new trolling motor into the lake!!! Good thing I was paying attention to the motor and shut the boat down to grab it or I would have lost it!! Still haven’t even gotten to use the motor. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 2 different size bolts and the grommets break easy. *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2019* They break very easily and came with two different size screws two 2 1/4" and two 3". I had to get longer screws from the hardware store to complete the installation. I used these on a Minn Kota Maxxum 101 and ended up needing to buy 4" bolts for it to work.
