Review: A Perfect Training Treat—Soft, High‑Value, and Puppy‑Approved - I’ve tried a lot of training treats over the years, but Blue Buffalo Bits Soft Dog Treats (Beef Recipe) have quickly become a staple in our house. These treats strike the perfect balance between being high‑value enough to keep my dog focused and healthy enough that I feel good using them every day. Texture & Size — Ideal for Training The first thing I noticed is how soft and easy to break these treats are. That’s a huge plus during training sessions, especially with puppies or senior dogs who struggle with harder treats. The small, bite‑sized pieces keep training fast and rewarding without overfeeding. Ingredients You Can Feel Good About I appreciate that real beef is the first ingredient, and there are no artificial preservatives or chicken by‑product meals. My dog has a sensitive stomach, and these have never caused any issues. The added DHA for cognitive development is a thoughtful bonus—great for puppies learning new commands. Scent & “Motivation Factor” These treats have a strong enough smell to get my dog’s attention without being overwhelming for humans. During recall training, these outperformed several other brands because my dog stayed consistently engaged. Bag Size & Value The 19‑oz bag is generous and lasts a long time, even with daily training. The resealable bag keeps the treats soft, and they don’t dry out quickly like some other soft treats do. Results After Regular Use After a few weeks of using these: - My dog’s recall improved noticeably - He stays focused longer during training - No digestive upset - Still gets excited every time he hears the bag Review: Perfect Training Treats My Puppy Loves - These Blue Buffalo Training Treat Bits have quickly become one of my puppy’s favorite treats! They are so cute with their little heart shape, and my puppy gets excited as soon as she sees the bag come out. The treats are soft and easy to break into smaller pieces, which is perfect because my puppy is so small. I’m able to split each treat into 3–4 pieces, making them last longer while still giving her a reward during training. We’ve been using these to practice commands like sit, stay, and paw, and they work great as a motivation tool. My puppy is already sitting as soon as I grab the bag because she knows what’s coming! They do have a typical dog treat smell, but that doesn’t bother me since my puppy absolutely loves them. I like that they are easy to use, the size is convenient for training, and they make learning new commands fun. ## Features - REAL BEEF FIRST: BLUE Bits dog training treats are made with delicious real beef as the first ingredient making them an ideal reward for your best friend’s best behavior - MEATY TRAINING TREATS: For small, medium, or large dogs that love a meaty treat, BLUE Bits are tender, bite-sized morsels that are the perfect size for training. My dogs love them . They are little hearts and They get them thru out the day . They would be good for training treats or a reward if they are good . **Q: What is the expiration date?** A: As there is no way of knowing which of our inventory Amazon would ship, we have no way of pinpointing the expiration date on the item shipped to you; however, Amazon's policy is that any product eligible for shipment must be at least 50 days from expiration. Our inventory is well beyond that threshold, so you can rest assured that the item is fresh and consumable. **Q: Are these treats recalled?** A: I have not been made aware of that. If they have been recalled I certainly wish and should have been notified. Especially by Amazon. But perhaps Amazon is too busy making money to have quality control -which I hope it’s not the case. I have continued feeding my dog with this treat and she so far, doesn’t seem to have any issues ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Training Treat—Soft, High‑Value, and Puppy‑Approved *by J***F on 6 May 2026* I’ve tried a lot of training treats over the years, but Blue Buffalo Bits Soft Dog Treats (Beef Recipe) have quickly become a staple in our house. I like that they are easy to use, the size is convenient for training, and they make learning new commands fun. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Snacks and Great For Training! *by T***9 on 14 January 2026* My dog loves these and they are perfect for him. I guess I’ve been using BLUE Bits for training for over a year now and they’ve worked out really well. My dog is pretty picky, but these actually get his attention, which is kind of the whole point of a training treat. They’re soft and small, so I don’t have to break them up, and he can eat them quickly without stopping the flow of training. I like that they’re made with real beef as the first ingredient. I’m not expecting miracles from a treat, but it’s nice knowing it’s not just a bunch of fillers. I also appreciate that they don’t have chicken by-products, corn, wheat, or soy, since my dog has a sensitive stomach and those can sometimes cause issues. They also seem easy on his digestion which is great and I haven’t noticed any weird reactions or upset stomachs. Plus, the bag lasts a decent amount of time since the pieces are small. Overall, they do what they’re supposed to do: my dog likes them, and they make training easier without feeling like I’m feeding him junk. That’s really all I’m looking for. ## Frequently Bought Together - Blue Buffalo Bits Soft Dog Treats for Training, Made With Natural Ingredients & Enhanced with DHA, Beef Recipe, 19-oz Bag - Blue Buffalo Sizzlers Bacon-Style Dog Treats with Real USA Pork, Original Flavor, 28-oz Bag --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/410100067-blue-buffalo-blue-bits-natural-soft-moist-training-dog-treats](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/410100067-blue-buffalo-blue-bits-natural-soft-moist-training-dog-treats) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
