After seeing the square frame, I prefer this shape over the rectangular ones, as I think it's more suited for a collage in a shadow box. The inner fabric backing is basic, which makes sense as after the memory pieces are applied, all or most of it will likely not show. The door is held closed by a magnetic closure system which is strong enough to keep it closed, but easy enough to open purposefully without jostling the contents inside. I'm pleased with this frame for the craftsmanship, the shape and sturdiness and the general aesthetics. This would make a great family project for what to put inside or would make a thoughtful gift for someone as it's quite giftable.
