All cases. Even the idea of cases. Electronics are meticulously designed by the men and women that build them to feel a certain way in your hand, and they should be enjoyed in their true state. I have owned dozens of smart phones - iPhones, Androids, Blackberries, even Windows phones - and never a case on any of them. I know the risks, and yes I have broken a couple along the way. But, then I got my S8+. If the S8+ took human form I would surely leave my wife and run away with her. It's physical design is unmatched. As much as I love the phone, it is a fragile beast. Curved display, glass on the back, polished metal band - it is just asking for disaster. But, it is a beautiful device and I did not want to hide it, so I bought this case. Fit the bill perfectly. This case is small form factor, and is very clear so you can still enjoy the aesthetics of your device. After all, buying a "flagship" phone is about the looks of it as well as the other aspects. So, if you have an S8+, and hate cases, buy this one. Or don't. My only complaint is the case shows fingerprints. Kickstand works well when needed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great case for a great phone. *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2017* I haven't had this case for long, but I'm very accustom to phones and cases. As a brand, Spigen never disappoints. The case is built solid. Squishy edges snap into place very firmly and provide a ton of much needed grip to the phone. When resting on its face there's 1 or 2 mm of space between the screen and the desk, so most scratches (apart from being in a pocket with other things, you horrible people know who you are) should be avoided just by having the case on. I went ahead and bought some YOOTECH wet application protectors as well just to be double safe. They're nice apart from the edges being a pain to get to stay down.Apart from that though, there's really not much to the case. Obviously the holes are big enough for you to plug stuff in. The buttons are still accessible... though I'd rather Bixby not be to be honest. It has a nice look and feel to it and it doesn't add a ton of bulk to the phone, which is nice as the phone is so wonderfully thin. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars A nice combination of two Spigen products. Recommended *by C***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2019* For two dollars less you can get the kickstand-less version of this case, and for ten dollars you can get the kickstand - so if you want both products, you can save quite a bit by buying this item instead.The case is clear, and cut away at the sides to accommodate the S8's curved screen. The fit is tight, but the installation is easy. I've found the protection from the case to be excellent. The kickstand (sold separately) has been ok too, but my gripes really center around how far the item protrudes from the back surface. However, with the two items integrated, the case has the kickstand inset quite a ways. If the kickstand is about 1/16" tall (when collapsed), virtually none of it sticks out of this case. The part that does protrude is rounded and does not catch on anything (pictured). Unfortunately, this can still cause problems when the phone is on a hard surface with the phone's vibration notifications turned on. While the phone would normally slide around on the surface, it instead rattles the kickstand against the surface (potentially scratching it). It's just worth keeping in mind.If you want a decent case and a kickstand, this is a good combo for you.
