New update ordered two new ones they’re mint nice and pink not brown. The brown ones must’ve been contaminated and someone Musta use them and ship them back but they’re supposed to look nice and pink like this. Happy with the product. Review: Major propagation upgrade for me - Rootech gel really upgraded my propagation game! Going from some old powdered stuff to this gel increased my cutting success and speed dramatically. This may not hold true for everyone, but my success rate and speed were abysmal until I started using Rootech gel. Now I'm buying the big tub to keep stocked up! One tip: to keep you product fresh, scoop out how much you're using in that session and put it in a smaller container for use rather than dipping cuttings directly in the tub. For their tiny containers this is less important, but it's my process going forward with the larger tubs. I'd give it five stars if it didn't stink so bad, though ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0001WV6LE | | Brand | Technaflora | | Country of Origin | USA | | Coverage | Medium | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 245 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00625664711651 | | Item Form | Gel | | Item Weight | 0.1 Pounds | | Liquid Volume | 4 Fluid Ounces | | Model Number | TFRTG112G | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | TFRTG112G | | Specific Uses For Product | organic | | Target Species | Plants | | UPC | 625664711651 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Technaflora - **Item Form:** Gel - **Item Weight:** 0.1 Pounds - **Liquid Volume:** 4 Fluid Ounces - **Specific Uses For Product:** organic ## Images ![Technaflora TFRTG112G 112-Gram Technaflora Rootech Gel for Plants - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/713AfIMz5nL.jpg) ![Technaflora TFRTG112G 112-Gram Technaflora Rootech Gel for Plants - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81XawGPXyYL.jpg) ![Technaflora TFRTG112G 112-Gram Technaflora Rootech Gel for Plants - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81Mf8XgHSaL.jpg) ![Technaflora TFRTG112G 112-Gram Technaflora Rootech Gel for Plants - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81sf1DFxHYL.jpg) ![Technaflora TFRTG112G 112-Gram Technaflora Rootech Gel for Plants - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81n+3pHkJAL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product contaminated/defective *by E***Y on 24 October 2023* Not impressed it’s gone bad supposed to look like the pink one at the bottom not orange Going to try ordering another we will see what it looks like. New update ordered two new ones they’re mint nice and pink not brown. The brown ones must’ve been contaminated and someone Musta use them and ship them back but they’re supposed to look nice and pink like this. Happy with the product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Major propagation upgrade for me *by F***P on 6 January 2026* Rootech gel really upgraded my propagation game! I'd give it five stars if it didn't stink so bad, though ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You found the best!! A++ quality product! *by M***S on 28 February 2021* This root tech stuff is absolutely by far the best cloning gel I've used. Whoops clonex butt to the point that I (right now) have a full bottle of clonex and it's basically a paperweight, never will be used. I have cloned probably over 100 (indica sativa and crosses) strains with root tech, likely a few thousand clones...with almost 100% success rate. Yes, that's the truth. When I ran out recently, and switched to clonex for a short while because I had some, my success rate dropped significantly. Needless to say I'm with root tech for good. I can't say enough good about these guys. My 100% success rate is in reference to the root tech brand only, the success rate with other brands was noticeably different/lower. My successful method: I keep it simple. I take cuts from the mother, and with a clean (disinfected) razor blade I scrape the skin only from the bottom 1/2 inch of the stem (be delicate). Then dip in cloning gel, and into pre-moistened rapid rooter plugs (or root riot). Stick em in the clone tray, on top of heat pad, and feed pH balanced 6.0 water. Place under florescent lamp. That's it. I don't go crazy with extra steps or get over complicated. I have almost 100% success, and the few that don't survive are more likely due to neglect than anything. I would absolutely recommend this stuff hands down over the several other brands I've tried. It's very easy to use, and eliminates headaches, guesswork wondering why you're only getting 50% success, etc. If anybody has something bad to say about this stuff, they are very likely doing something very wrong. If you have a decent idea of how to clone, this should make your life easier and is worth the extra few bucks, trust me! Just think about it...would you rather save a few bucks, and get something with 50-75% success, essentially leaving you to guess and have to grow extras to be sure you fill your space, or would you rather have a product that works as intended? I don't work for these guys in any way, I'm just a big fan and feel that a fantastic product with fantastic results really does deserve being mentioned in today's overcrowded marketplace. Hope this info has been helpful and welcome to someone trying to make a tough choice. Hope it also saves some from the trial and error of testing different brands over a course of years! This review is referring to CANNABIS cultivation cloning ONLY. I can NOT comment on how effective this product is for any other type of plant, fruit, vegetable, etc. If you're looking to clone cannabis of any variety, you've stumbled onto the very best stuff (my honest, humble opinion) to get the job done! You'll buy it again. Good luck out there, fellow greenthumbs!! ## Frequently Bought Together - Technaflora TFRTG112G (4 oz) Rootech Gel, 113.4 G - General Hydroponics Rapid Rooter, Starter Plug for Seeds or Cuttings, Great for Soil or Hydroponics Growing System, 50 Plugs - Root Riot Plant Starter Cubes --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/409191093-technaflora-tfrtg112g-112-gram-technaflora-rootech-gel-for-plants](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/409191093-technaflora-tfrtg112g-112-gram-technaflora-rootech-gel-for-plants) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
