It does seem to cost a bit, but what I found it could do really surprised me. It is a magnesium supplement, but unlike the much cheaper magnesium oxide tablets you get from virtually any drug store or department store, this stuff doesn't cause diarrhea, and it is said to absorb much better. The effect that really interest me is how that it seems to be able to pull me out of the fight-or-flight response by itself alone.........no lifestyle changes or anything else.
