I debated whether or not to return the shoes, or try to stretch the part that caused the discomfort. This was a gamble since I couldn't return the sandals after trying to stretch one of them.Happily, this shoe stretcher worked perfectly -- I sprayed a little shoe stretch solution on the part I wanted to stretch and used one of the black pieces that came with the stretcher device to get it enlarged exactly where needed.I couldn't be happier with this purchase; I now get to wear the sandals I like so much in comfort. I only wish I tried this on other shoes I had to return simply because one foot is slightly larger than the other.
