Otherwise, the 2 are vertually the same. In fact, unless you're playing a bass equiped with high quality active 3 band or better pickups with a mid range sweep eq., I doubt you'll notice much of an audible difference between the 2 sets of strings, if any difference at all. **Q: Are these 45-125 or 45-120?** A: 45-125. **Q: will these work on a 35" neck with string thru body,I used the DR legend strings now and they fit and they are great strings ,but want to try the high** A: I'm, 99% sure they will. I use them on a G+L 1505 with a string thru body. I think it's a 34" scale. There is plenty of meat left. Don't cut any extra off. It's explained on the inside of the carton. These are the only strings ive tried that properly fit my g+l. Love them.
