My dentist recommended trying stannous flouride because my Sensodyne Pro Enamel was no longer giving me relief from hot and cold sensitivity. You have to see which one works best for you. I really love the Extra Fresh Paradontax flavor - it keeps my mouth super-minty for close to half an hour, which I like, since it discourages me from eating right away after brushing.
