Seems a little silly but honestly easier than constantly getting a cloth or a kitchen roll out. It’s really great for cleaning up unused flour when making dough as well. It has a magnet to keep the brush on the pan. Review: Excellent value, customer service and product. Highly recommend. - When my order arrived, the brush was missing from the package. I notified desertcart and 12 hours later a new complete set was delivered. First class customer service. The set itself is lovely, the brush so soft. I bought it for my pitying bench in the greenhouse, and it’s just perfect. One added feature hat I wasn’t expecting is a magnet that keeps the set together.
