Review: Really Good Tool , read Cons for full review , but a Must Buy if you need one - This has got to be one of the best Professional grade (I say professional although this is supposed to be consumer grade) adjustable wrench (spanner) you can buy , i have tried a lot of wrenches in the past , even Proto (The professional line of tools owned by Stanley - they obviously cost more) and find this to be better and since it costs a lot less i don't see this tool losing to the competition Pros SLIM Profile - THIS IS A MUST HAVE ON ANY WRENCH!!! - otherwise you're going to have trouble getting it to fit in those awkward spaces! Sturdy - the build quality feels good - it's not going to bend or snap on you when you really need it the grip - as you can see it has a nice grippy handle , feels safe and good to use Price - its Cheap! CONS the grip (yes I'm contradicting myself) - it's chunky and can hold it back as it has a slim profile head and aesthetically next to others it look like a play tool or a non professional tool With Vibrations it loosens - i know it's really hard to find (if not impossible) a wrench that does not loosen with vibrations but this is no exception , albeit not REALLY bad like really cheap adjustable Wrenches but still it's there sometimes hard to adjust size as endless screw can get jammed ( this is not a frequent occurrence as I mentioned) Final Verdict Man you can't go wrong with this , just give it a try , you not going to break the bank buying one and you won't be disappointed with what you get Have a Great Day
Review: Thinner jaws than most, decent wrench - This is great for the price. For some reason desertcart was selling it for less than the 6" version. It had a rough sharp spot that snagged my skin but it was easy to file it smooth. The jaws are narrow enough to fit between the pedal and crank on my bike. I use an open end wrench for that task but this should work in a pinch. It's about half an inch thick at the throat and a little over 1/4" at the tips of the jaws. The adjustment screw was a little rough at first but got smoother with some use. It seems to have a larger max opening than other 8" adjustable wrenches I've had, which makes it tempting to use on larger fasteners instead of the proper tool. All adjustable wrenches have some slop, and if it feels like it might slip it probably will. The scale on the jaw helps choose the right size of open or box end if needed. I gave it five stars based on it being a really good little wrench for the price, but if it cost as much as a name brand like Crescent or Klein, I would definitely choose the name brand tool. Unless I just needed it for the thin jaws.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great to Keep in the Truck
*by A***O on April 5, 2016*

For the price, you can't go wrong with this wrench. I bought this to keep in my truck box as a backup in case I didn't have my regular tools with me. The photo on the page is somewhat misleading, but in a good way; I received the newer "Control Grip" handle style, which is a little nicer and more textured than the plain grey with yellow oval seen in the picture. I wasn't expecting that, but I prefer this handle style to the older grip, so I'm happy (I chose this wrench over the ones with the plain metal handle because I already have a few in that style by Craftsman, Crescent and even Snap-on. This seemed a better choice for a backup since I won't need to count on having my gloves handy). This grip feels good in the hand, and the tether hole at the end is larger than the hole on the older model shown in the photo. I know a lot of people are put off by the fact that Stanley manufactures in China now, and I understand the concern, but for an asking price of under six bucks this wrench is a solid performer. The slop in the jaw is minimal, and I find that it stays adjusted when I put it on a fastener. The retail package indicated this wrench is covered under Stanley's lifetime warranty, although I'd like to hope I'll never need it. Overall this seems like a robust, well-made tool. The wrench I received is of suitable quality for the intended purpose and price point, so if you're OK with non-USA manufacturing I'd recommend this as a good buy.
