Maybe because it is a little hard to understand how it works? In fact, it is not as hard as you thought. I use it to record songs, chat with my friends, and live today and everything works well! You can not believe this VALUABLE microphone only cost you less than 30 bucks! When you would like to use it on desktop PC, just plugging into usb and microphone plug. Be sure you open the sound machine or you can check it by headset.
