It works quite well for that, and I believe that is probably what it was designed for. I wouldn't suggest using it as a tea kettle as it does rust inside when water is left in it, and it doesn't whistle. For the price, and for what I am using it for though, it works great! **Q: One review mentioned that it didn't come with a top. Is this correct?** A: It has a lid **Q: does it have a lid?** A: Yes **Q: Could u pls tell me how wide it is at the widest part?** A: It would measure 10" at the widest point. ## Frequently Bought Together - US Stove Company Kettle Fireplace 3Qt Black, L - VODA 4-Blade Heat Powered Stove Fan for Wood/Log Burner/Fireplace increases 80% more warm air than 2 blade fan - Midwest Hearth Wood Stove Thermometer - Magnetic Stove Top Meter (Made in USA) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/4029795-us-stove-company-kettle-fireplace-3qt-black-l](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/4029795-us-stove-company-kettle-fireplace-3qt-black-l) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
