Just pulling them out of the drawer, if stored with other items, might get it to catch the threads of surrounding fabrics. Really annoying. Changing pads liners shouldn't damage baby clothes and blankets! Now, the button version is great! Nice and long enough to cover our Hatch changing pad, it is soft, absorbent, and super convenient to store in rolls - and doesn't damage anything around it. I wish there was a way to know which version we'd get if I ordered more because I'd like to stock up on these but the description isn't clear about those two different versions.
