Is it suitable for a low/no carb diet?** A: These answers are incorrect. You COUNT the carbs of Erythritol or you it’ll take you out of ketosis or lower it. I counted carbs as normal for the classic keto 2:1 ratio and was at Medium ketones. If I didn’t treat erythritol as carbs there wouldn’t be ketosis. A 14g carb coconut drink 14 carbs, 8 were Erythritol and they are carbs based on ketone level and how much fat I had to add in order to remain in the same 2:1 ratio for ketosis. EVERYWHERE online says different shame on them! Proof is in the pudding. **Q: Does swerve lower the freezing point? Some recipes for ice cream claim swerve keeps it soft.** A: No, Swerve does not lower the freezing point of ice cream or other frozen goods.
