We we keep this on hand when we've had dairy, as it helps thin mucous. Taking Health Life Mucus Relief will also be a life saver if you have a cold or sinus issues. It is amazing how well it clears that "gunky" feeling, and helps you be able to blow your nose or cough productively. Note, this is not a decongestant, but a medication that thins mucous.
