Also the net has a section that was not weaved properly (see photo). The included balls does not bounce as high as my Stiga balls. The paddle rubbers are a little too sticky for me that it picks up little particles to quickly. Please add a "How to clean paddle face" instructions to the included net set up instructions.UPDATE: I am changing my rating from a 3 star to 5 star due to the level of customer service I receive.
