Review: Great substitute for cream of wheat, - I love this stuff. It tastes very similar to cream of wheat to me:-) I do not want to eat wheat anymore but I miss my cream of wheat cereal, so this is a great subtitle for me. The flakes are much better than regular quinoa when eaten as a breakfast cereal, in my opinion.
Review: Yummy breakfast! - These are excellent! I make the flakes with coconut milk and sometimes water but then add a splash of cream. These quinoa flakes are so yummy with blueberries or raspberries, nuts and unsweetened coconut. I wish they weren’t so pricey.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great substitute for cream of wheat,

I love this stuff. It tastes very similar to cream of wheat to me:-) I do not want to eat wheat anymore but I miss my cream of wheat cereal, so this is a great subtitle for me. The flakes are much better than regular quinoa when eaten as a breakfast cereal, in my opinion.

These are excellent! I make the flakes with coconut milk and sometimes water but then add a splash of cream. These quinoa flakes are so yummy with blueberries or raspberries, nuts and unsweetened coconut. I wish they weren’t so pricey.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant surprise!

I bought these as an alternative to gluten-free oatmeal because they have fewer carbs and are gluten-free as well. I expected them to be gritty but they weren’t. The texture is creamy and easy to cook in the microwave. There were no instructions on the package so I just had to research online and found that 1/3 cup and between 2/3 and 1 cup of water (depending on desired consistency) in a microwaveable container for 2-2.5 minutes worked perfectly!
