Review: Non-sticky, absorbs quickly - I have been using this cream for about a year. My cousin, who has skin issues, highly recommended it. The first thing I noticed when I opened the jar was how strong the scent was. I didn’t think I’d be able to use it because of this, but then I realized that the scent becomes less pronounced as the day gots on (or maybe I’ve become numb to the scent?). Thing is, this is a truly wonderful cream. It is not sticky, it absorbs quickly and it leaves your skin wonderfully soft and protected from the elements. So, in spite of how strong the scent is, I think this cream is totally worth every penny. I’m now on my 5th or so jar, and I hope they won’t ever discontinue it! I just wish they’d offer a scent-free option of this cream. That would be perfection. Update 4/25/2026 - I bought another jar, and to my surprise the scent has changed. Gone is the strong scent, and now you can barely make out the scent. I love it. I wanted to confirm the change in scent, so I bought yet another jar. The “barely there” scent is present in this jar too. Yeah! I hope that change is permanent.

**Q: What size is this jar ?**
A: It's not huge.  Medium size I'd say.

**Q: Is this for the body or face?**
A: For the body only. I would not recommend for the face. It is fantastic for the body.

**Q: It says Two 10.1 oz jars, is that true?**
A: I only received 1 jar. It says 2 jars, paid for 2 jars,  as advertised. I will call and report back. Although it's nice to hear opinions about the product does not address "yes" or "no" for this specific question; it's a bit confusing.

**Q: What is the difference between this silky and the german verson seidige body creme? i can't find the seidige anymore while traveling germany.**

Where has this body cream been hiding? I love this cream. It smells just wonderful, like dove soap. It goes on nice and isn't sticky or greasy, it melts right into my skin and leave its moisturized and soft. I use lotion everyday and this will now replace all my other lotions. This is a great moisturizer and the price is perfect. I love the packaging it comes in. It looks like luxury. I really love the feel and the smell of it. I'm 68 years old, and my husband said it made my skin so soft. I bought another one for him and he likes it.
