Review: Excellent Flavor and texture marzipan, Sugar Free! - Made in California. The marzipan looks freshly made, with just the right amount of consistency and moisture. The flavor and texture is excellent. I like that it is sugar free and uses sorbitol instead. You do have to be careful eating it, because overindulgence will lead to tummy issues. I have about 6 - 8 spoons over a day and,I did not have any issues. Looking forward to baking with it and having sugar free cakes and cooking. Highly recommended!!
Review: Hmmmmm.....Almond Paste - I think for the home baker Almond Past is difficult to get around.....I mean the price is sky high and how much are you supposed to add to your cookie recipe or frangipane recipe.....how much can you charge for a bag of almond shortbread vs chocolate Chip.......so you see what I mean but overall I think almond paste is like truffles in the hot food kitchen so it is well worth paying for. I think this is a good product....tight lids so no drying out and perfect amount per container so that you don't feel like over using.....I will buy again.................thanks

**Q: Does your almond paste have kosher for passover certification?**
A: Our pastes and marzipan are certified Kosher Paerve. All other mandelin almond products are certified Kosher for Passover.

**Q: Two questions in one. How quickly must this be use once opened and refrigerated? Would you recommend this in home made vegan ice cream**
A: Mandelin Premium No Sugar Almond Paste has a shelf life for at lest a year when stored properly even once opened. After opening tightly wrap any remaining product in cling film food wrap and store in a cool dry place. Refrigeration is not required but does extend shelf life. 

We have many recipes at our website at https://mandelininc.com/blogs/recipes-demos but not one using almond paste as an ingredient in vegan ice cream. We do have recipes blending Mandelin marzipan with warm water to make sweet milks and Lattes. We'd love to hear how you get on with the ice cream, who knows maybe there's be another recipe we can share on our website.

A: Not to me

**Q: Can i freeze it?**
A: Better to refrigerate it and avoid risk of freezer burn.

Made in California. The marzipan looks freshly made, with just the right amount of consistency and moisture. The flavor and texture is excellent.
