There are recipes for makeup, lip balms, herbal body wraps, and scrubs, body oil including things you could make for yourself or things you can gift. The hair section is a lifesaver…as a swimmer, with an aversion to those nasty swim caps, I have dry hair which currently loves the triple threat conditioner -and it’s saving me a bundle over my usual branded argan oil mask. It features key ingredients such as coconut oil, coffee and avocado….it’s such a comprehensive book! The guides are simple and easy to follow so it is something we are having fun doing as a family; and the pictures are stunning. Finally this is a book that uses easy to find ingredients and simple steps for those of use that are time compromised and want quick and easy ways of using natural ingredients for beauty! Love it!
