**Q: Does this 3cc syringe come with a cap?**
A: No, they are sealed in a plastic pouch.  They have no needle and I suspect the needle is where the cap would be.

**Q: does the syringes ship with the box**
A: No they don't necessarily. Mine were in a plastic shipping bag all higgledy-pigglety.

**Q: Trying to find something to measure out cbd for mixing with ejuice will these work**
A: Yes

**Q: Does the scale wash off easily or is it raised/permanent?**
A: Very heavy black print but not raised. I only use them for single use so cannot attest to how it might wear off.
