I found out from YouTube that I have to redeem my code at Microsoft. When I go the MS Store there is no instructions for redeeming the code. There are plenty of ads for spending money on tons of MS games but not for redeeming your code which I already paid for! I also heard that most MS operators are rude and unhelpful when you call for help.
