(Other than the plants, of course!) The variety of stones are perfect, the charcoal helps fight infections that might threaten the plants, and the soil is high-quality. Great size for a first terrarium too. Not to mention the great price–buying all of these components separately would have cost a lot more and I'd have to find a place to store extra materials in my apartment.
