Lots of uneven paint blobs and inconsistencies i need to sand down, rather then removing the baseboard** A: Yes I think they would as long as there is not a lot of small detailing. **Q: Would this work on fiberglass? And the rubber mat that attaches to a stand up paddle board?** A: My guess is that they would work ok on a relatively small fiberglass sanding job. They may require cleaning/ washing more often. I don’t know for sure but I seriously doubt that these sanding pads would suffice on rubber. **Q: Is the sanding material food grade quality? i have a large cutting board that could use some tlc.** A: I don't know if I have ever heard of any sanding paper/block being of "food grade". If you are planning on stripping it down so you can re-treat it (either re-seal or re-oil), then you would just have to make sure you clean very well to get any dust and grit off the wood before you refinish it.
