Review: Great Radio Clock - I’ve looked and looked for a radio clock which lights at night. I just got this one, adding it to the 3 non-lighted ones I already have, none of which I could see at night. I love it! I have it in my bedroom. It sits quietly, unobtrusively. I ordered this clock on Nov 15, and received it today, the 17th. Super fast shipping. It turned right on after installing 2 C batteries. The directions are very thorough and easy to understand. I had it set up to my time zone quickly after which I set it aside to self set which stated should usually takes 24-48 hours. My son looked at it about 2 1/2 hours later and it had already set and it was correct for the time, date, and day! It had directions to set it manually, but I wanted to see if it actually self sets. I was very pleasantly surprised that it did and so fast. I also love the automatic backlight option for when it is dark. So far, extremely pleased with the purchase! I'll see in March if turning on the DST will actually change the time when it's supposed to. My hopes are quite high that it will. It's also a clean, sleek look with great extra information like interior temperature as well as humidity. The image was taken right after I put in the batteries.
