I would definitely recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Welcome Relief *by P***D on April 11, 2018* I am adding this comment about two weeks after I did the initial review. Nothing has changed as far as the product is concerned but my diagnosis has changed. It turns out to be more than a rotator cuff problem. The surgeon is recommending a shoulder replacement due to severe arthritis. Even though the problem is far worse than originally reported I still get relief from my pain with the hot packs. This is a welcome relief for my rotator cuff injury. It is not magic but it does hold the insert (cold or hot) in place on the upper arm. I am using mine with heat and it is very satisfactory. The manufacturer does not recommend using a microwave to heat the insert so I bought replacement Roscoe inserts and they fit just fine in this unit and work extremely well. As an experiment I tried microwaving the original insert and it heats up almost as good as the Roscoe. If you do use the microwave please be cautious and don't over due the heating. Sixty seconds is plenty. The picture shows a normal sized man wearing the wrap and it fits him perfectly. I am somewhat larger ( Size 56 Long ) and it does fit me, though not as well as the model. There is plenty of adjustment for arm size but I am going to have to make a replacement chest strap.
