Pros: The white perfectly matches my windows so you can’t tell it’s there. It was pretty easy to install overall and the the quality of the material feels great for the cost of the product. It seems like it is insulating well as there’s no draft. Cons: I don’t know that it will cancel out any noise but that wasn’t what I intended it to be used for. The type of windows you have will probably make a difference as well.
