I can only assume that the negative comments are from people that either aren't following the instructions, or maybe have a situation that needs more specialist attention. The instructions state to use ear drops for 2 weeks before using the Medi Grade syringe, to soften the ear wax. You can't just use the Medi Grade syringe and expect it to clear ear wax straight away. Tilt the head 45Β° downwards in the direction of the ear you are irrigating, so that the wax can be expelled properly.
