Had an issue after a few weeks of service, took it apart and the impeller had failed and broken ( appeared to be a manufacture defect in the impeller not an actual fault in the overall pump or design. Filled out a support ticket and not only a fast response, but a solution to my issue was shipped out and arrived in days! thanks so much Hydrofarm for standing behind your product.
