Review: 4 Years Later: Still Bright, Accurate, and Only 1 Battery Change! - I’ve had this Renpho scale since 2022, and it is still the most reliable piece of tech in my bathroom. It’s rare for a smart device to hold up this well after daily use for nearly four years. Display & Readability: The LED display is crisp and high-quality. The brightness is perfect—it’s punchy enough to read clearly in a bright room but doesn't blind you if you’re weighing in with the lights dimmed. The red numbers against the sleek black finish give it a really modern, clean look. Connectivity: The Bluetooth connectivity hasn’t degraded at all over time. It syncs to the app on my phone almost instantly every morning. I rely on the app to track my fitness trends, and not having to "re-pair" the device or deal with glitchy syncing is a huge win. Weight & Build: This scale has some significant weight to it. It’s not "heavy" in a bad way, but it feels sturdy and premium. It won’t slide around or tip if you step on it slightly off-center. Despite the solid feel, the design is compact, so it fits perfectly in the tight space beside my bathroom counter. Battery Life: Even with the display quality and constant syncing, I have only had to change the batteries one time in four years. That is incredible efficiency for a smart scale. Didn’t want to invest a lot as I had a really good scale I was happy with. Also a little worried if it would really work or not.
