It worked for a very short time when I got it, in fact, I returned my first one within the 30 day period thinking the battery I received was faulty and the company was awesome. They returned it easily and without question. Unfortunately the second one started doing the exact same thing within days of using it. It starts, stops, starts stops and then doesn’t work at all. It’s frustrating and makes the blower useless. Save yourself money. Just don’t buy this.

Update: I love this blower but it seems they have issues with the battery. This is my second battery after they sent me a new one. I use it very little to sweep a small porch but now the battery will just stop and I have to turn the blower on and off to restart. It seems the batteries have a year life span with minimal use. I had a similar experience with the first battery that came when I first purchased. This blower does the job for light cleaning of leaves off the porch. Very lightweight and strong enough. I purchased this a while ago but had not used much when the battery went bad - turning on and off intermittently even on a full charge. I message the company and they immediately sent a new battery. I've used it now a couple of times and it's been working great. Impressed with their service.
