**Q: how much sand do you use to fill?**
A: I'm not sure.  I went with water.  I watched a video that a guy use sand and it made a mess.  He said he would have use water if he had done it differently.

A: No

**Q: How much does it weigh?**
A: I FILLED THE BASE OF MINE WITH WATER. ALL THE WAY UP TO THE CAP. DONT WORRY IT WONT LEAK. THEY ARE BUILT VERY GOOD. MINE FILLED IS 270LBS

**Q: My workout area is not climate controlled. It gets really hot in summer and cold in winter. Will this affect the longevity of Bob?**
A: Can’t speak to longevity, have only had a few of months.
