**Q: How do you install a food tray?**
A: Thanks for your question. This rollator walker can be used as walking aid only, and the seat is for user getting some rest when tired. So, it might not be supposed to install a food tray.

**Q: The seat is coming apart from one side. What can we do about that?**
A: Not knowing just how it’s coming apart, that is hard to answer. Did you contact the seller?  Otherwise,They make duct tape in many colors.

**Q: How many pounds does the bag hold?**
A: It is a soft sided bag allowing for a reasonable amount of weight based on the total volume.

**Q: How do you contact the manufacturer to order replacement parts?  One of my handles was missing the silver button needed to adjust the height.**
